Return Policy

At InstaBoxx, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at contact@instaboxx.com or call us at 404.555.1212 to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Package Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the return process and help you place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons:

  • Packing materials (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) once the package has been opened
  • Custom-made or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@instaboxx.com or 404.555.1212. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@instaboxx.com.

Sale Items

Partial Refunds

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
